It was one of the first official barbecues of the summer season when this man made a surprise and ultimately succesful entry into the AOTD competition. Three Diet Cokes were good enough for the first victory of the summer 2007 season. His face in this photo reflects his clear determination to take home the prize. Pulling alone into first place:

Everyone can use a good shot of Domino's Pizza every now and then. Its a good thing that this guy doesn't live within their delivery zone, cuz it means he acts as provider and delivery man for not one, not two, but three large and delicious, cheesey, gooey, flowing, magnificient pizzas. After Monday's last minute outburst of AOTD fire, tensions were running high in the Waterfront Place Hotel. After Diamond was determined to be Sunday's winner, Monday's winner managed to squeak in a package of Ritz Bitz Cheese Sandiwches before sudden and drastic measures had to be taken. Following the example of My Lai, the AOTD Committee took the drastic step of declaring a 24 hour cease-fire, effectively killing that day's competition to save the goal of free stuff for all. Monday's historic winner and now tied for the lead:

Sunday--March 4th, 2007
Sunday was an explosive and record setting day in the AOTD universe. A day which will live in infamy. A day which began slowly, with a king size Twix, continued lightly with a king size Hershey's Almond and suddenly and dangerously escalated, including two Diet Cokes, a sleeve of Pringles, a bag of Snickers, and a bag of chocolate Pepperidge Farm cookies.
